Just a report on PORSCHE IN THE GLEN held on 12th May 2024
This is the largest Porsche only event held in Scotland now in its 11th year and yesterday had our best ever attendance 232 Year on year it has attracted owners from all over the UK it is an event for any owner to attend and you do not need to be in any club .
This was my last year as lead person and now is the time to hand over the reigns to a new organiser whom I hope you will all support .It would not have been possible to do this from day one without the support of all owners who have made the show what it is today ,have had a few celebs attend Darrio Franchetti and Derek Bell both gents spending hours with owners and public this show attracts thousands of visitors each year .
There are several YOU TUBE vids about the event and social media sites .The high light was 3 special cars that attended A Gunther Werks 911 in Barbie Pink and Singer SDL in Mint Green and 911 Dakar in full Martini livery est values in MILLIONS This did not detract from the display of every model range could not even guess how many MILLIONS where in that field .
