Hi all,
Have heard about a Porsche Cayenne Safari experiance day at Kirtlington in Oxfordshire.
Any of you guys heard about this?

It was has been in Porsche Post but further details:-

Porsche & Polo "" Cayenne Safari
15th August 2010

Sponsored by 911 Sport
in association with Porsche Cars GB

In tandem with Porsche and Polo we are, this year, running our inaugural Cayenne Safari. This is an event of two parts:-

Those with their own Cayenne will have the opportunity to drive their vehicle around a prepared off road course of approximately 2 miles. The route includes a variety of terrain, principally service tracks with added obstacles. The nature of the track is such that vehicles should not get damaged but should, none the less prove more of a challenge than most Cayenne owners would normally experience in their vehicles. Owners vehicles will be run in small convoys with a support Cayenne provided by Porsche Cars. Time permitting, we will provide photographs of owners vehicles "in the thick of it" so they can prove their vehicle is used for more than the school run.

Those without a Cayenne can book a ride with a professional driver in the very latest Cayenne. The Cayenne Experience vehicles will follow a similar route to the owners Safari with a few more demanding challenges thrown in. Each safari will take, in the region of half an hour.

Owners Cayenne's will be £5 per vehicle for members and £10 per vehicle for non members.

Experience rides will be free for members, and immediate family, and £5 per person for non members.

Please phone Club office to either book your Cayenne on to the safari or to pre-book a seat on the Experience ride.
