Porsche 997.1 upgrade

Hi All
I’ve just bought a 2006 997.1 CS2 which has been upgraded with a hartech engine rebuild.
I’m looking to upgrade the following and would welcome some advice and direction to appropriate traders please:
Sports exhaust
Radio and sat nav
Gear leaver short shift
Starting wheel upgrade to gt3 alcantara
