Poor Rear tyre wear

I apologise for the delay in replying but it has been out of my control.

The broken tracking machine is still not fully functional. The service desk said they could still do the tracking though. When I asked how, I got a load of clap trap. I asked to be booked in to a different centre and got a date within the next 3 days. Thats after a month of waiting for them to tell me when the machine would be fixed.
The readings proved the cambers to be out in the way I expected. Again I was told that it wasn’t excessive and much worse wear on the tyres had been seen before.
The original supplying dealer has offered new tyres at cost but any camber adjustments would be charged.

I went to another dealer to enquire about the upcoming service due, a price for tyres and the camber to be reset. I saw a brand new facelift Cayenne While walking around drinking the usual free coffee.
I got a price on the Mecan and have decided to swap. I pick the Cayenne up next Friday.
