Poly bushes, upgrade or not?

My S was full poly bushed and set up on gaz foil coil overs all at the same time, so I can't really tell from my exprence if the whole package led 2 a very stiff go kart ride or if it more due 2 coil overs or poly bushes.

Having removed these from my S after only 1500/2000 miles due 2 braking the car 4 parts.

What I'm looking 4 is advice on what's worth swapping over 2 my turbo or not.

Currently got rebuilt wish bone from hartec with a bill off £600. On the turbo
Iv got some rebuilt wish bones painted and lacquered, with 968 castor mounts and polybushes.

So do I swap poly bushed wishbones or just the caster mounts?

Iv got 26.8 roll bar with polybushes and polybushes on the drop links. Triangle stiffening brackets.
These are regarded as a good move, is that inculeding the drop links?

Iv also got 18mm rear bar but 16mm rear poly bushes, there split 2 aid fitting, what would happen if they where fitted 2 the 18mm bar opening them up silghtly?

Also got poly bushes 4 the rear torsion carriers.

Car is a daily drive and isn't used with its illmits constantly, and creaks and that sort off noises winds me up.
Thanks all.

I poly bushed my whole car and did the rear torsion bar bushes in delrin. Car is stiffer but much tighter than it was. If I were you if I had poly bushed wishbone I would put them on as it will be better than the old ones which are on. My poly bushes don't squeak just make sure you grease them up.

Thanks, my current wishbone bushes should be newish as the wish bones where replace not 2 long ago.
Tighter feel was what I thought, however over read other views that they cause unnessery added wear and rotation on the metal sleeves which case wear? Saying that there technically bearings not bushes.

So we got 1 for poly bushed wishbone

Got some gaz gold coilovers and I'm in to minds weather 2 fit or sell. Kwv are clearly the best however I think the gaz could do with progressive spring 2 take out small bumps. 2 give some slight comfort as car is DD
