Pembrokshire coast mid week run 8th September. (THIS IS NOW FULLY SUBSCRIBED)

A mid week run of the Pembrokshire coast, finishing off at Pembroke dock for lunch, (venue to be decided).

The run will start at the Morrisons car park Pensarn Carmarthen at the Starbucks drive through SA31 2NF.
