PCM Tuner malfunction

I have had my Cayman S 2 weeks now...done 300 miles. I originally tuned in the FM stations but now they dont work..there is no reception. When I scan for FM channels...the tuner just runs round the range and picks nowt up.
I dont have a PCM manual as the dealer forgot to put it in (he has ordered one for me) so not sure if there is anything I can check for.
I suspect it is goosed but do I need a whole PCM unit?
