PCM 2.0 Repair

My PCM 2.0 is playing up.[

] It cuts out and restarts itself as well as having a "white" screen issue that does eventually return to normal after a little while. I did post a request for help last year but with one thing or another (wife's illness) never got round to following up the responses I got. Sorry! I did think that the thread would still appear in the "My Forums" part of My Profile, but it's not there, so I'm afraid that I have to ask again[8|].
As I live near Colchester, an Essex based auto-electrician would be good, but does anyone out there have suggestions?
