I expect this has been covered many times before, but I would appreciate anyone who has experience of both on track.
It would appear that the front/rear spring rates are just under 10% stiffer with sport susp. and the front a/r bar is also just under 10% stiffer with the rear one being over 30% stiffer.
I have no idea how the dampers compare but assume they would be slightly harder than PASM sport+.
My car with the above seems a bit soft and I wondered if an extra 10% o/all stiffness (which must help) will make any significant difference.
