PASM Fault?

My PASM equipped Cayman S has a problem. The ride in 'normal' mode is very harsh and lacking in compliance - nothing like the other PASM equipped Caymans that I've driven. Alan Armstrong and I have done a back to back comparison, and both agree that my car isn't right. However, two main Porsche dealers have both failed to find any fault and palmed me off with the old, "they're all like that, sir."

Has anyone experienced anything similar with a PASM equipped car? And if so any solutions?
