Please remember you all drivers MUST bring pre-completed indemnity forms and ROAD driving licences (photocard part enough) to sign-on. We will NOT be providing blank indemnity forms on the day so without them, you will not gain circuit access!

To find all the event detail and download links for the forms visit our website and log-on.
Hit the "My Account" button. The section in there titled " Event Info / Indemnity forms " will provide you with the event details for Oulton Park.

Driver sign-on begins at 7:45am and closes for the briefing at 8:40am. Late comers sign-on and briefing is 10:00am

All passengers must also bring indemnity forms to their sign-on which starts at 09:30.

If you have booked a garage, your name will be posted on the corresponding one reserved for you. As all garages have been reserved please do not obstruct the garages if you have not done so.


Tyre service: There will be no official tyre service on the day instead we have arranged for mobile fitters to be given open access to venue without charge so you are free to arrange how you wish.

Thanks Melv, that sounds pretty strict. I'll try to remember to print and bring plenty of copies in case anyone doesn't manage this.

Of course there will be forms on the day...they are just trying to get you boogers to sort yerselves out to avoid queues!!

BTW, passenger wristbands are £15 each for unlimited rides all day -all proceeds will go into the charity box and be split between The Woodland Trust 'Welly Day' and the Motor Neurone Disease Association

The fund for the day already stands at £400 so please give generously

My printer is down, can someone take extra passeger indemnity forms please, i will be in a silver GT3, never done this before have we , pretty sure we signed indemnity forms when we bought our wristbands at the circuit ?
