Hi All ,

Bored so have been looking through the car paperwork and in the Guarantee Maintenance book is the list of options from new and just wondering if you can look theses up somewhere ? not vital just interested Cheers Jon

If you Google "Porsche option codes" youll get a plethora of sources. Remember though that virtually everything has been copied and pasted - being present on a Porsche or 944 themed website doesn't make it the work of Porsche scholars! If you look at enough youll see the inconsistencies and also that some numbers have been repeatedly re-used, so you need to find their period application.

Don't get too hung up on ones you cant find either. It happens here sometimes but its a very Rennlist thing to do. The fools seem to be convinced that it has an ejector seat or something but in reality they are build codes and only Porsche know what part of the production process they refer to.

Hi Simon, used the Clarks Garage site all codes relating to year matched up and no ejector seat dam[:D] however I did discover that even in 1991 Porsche like to charge extra for everything as an option !! i.e options like electric passenger adjustable seat stereo upgrade (which is long gone) etc Thanks again Jon
