09991 means that the car was built with items from the Exclusive Program (ie X options).
As for the others, I'll have a dig around, but don't hold your breath. They may have been special order items.
Edit:
XCA - Trim Strip Alu-Look
XCE - Rear Centre Console Alu-Look
X54 - Stainless Steel Exhaust Pipes

XCA Dash Trim 3 Part Strip Aluminum
XCB Aluminum Instrument Surround
XCD See Below
XCE Rear Centre Console Aluminum Look
X46 Aluminum Tiptronic Shifter
X54 Stainless steel exhaust pipes
X98 Aluminum/leather hand brake handle
09991 Manufacture from the exclusive-programme
XCD in German is "Mitteldüsenträger Sportsilber" which translates roughly to "Centre outlet carrier Sports silver" which I think means the surround of the central air vent in silver.
There is a separate code XCY "Mitteldüse Alu-Optik" which translates to "Central nozzle aluminum look" which I think is the slats of the vent in silver
A quick photo of your dash would be a good reference.
Thanks a lot for digging out that data for me. I have just put my hand in my pocket for a very nice C4S which has all these bits on (and much more !). I'll try and sort some pics out to put up at the weekend (if I can get through the hoop of getting them small enough to post!!). I'll try and test one now.
All the best!
