Old register stickers

Hi all,

Prompted by another thread, does anyone have an unused old-style register sticker? For those who don't know what it looked like see post 20 on this thread

I was asked for one to put in the Club archive, but they are all long gone. If you don't want to lose it then a scanned version would be better than nothing.
