Oil service

We have a 14month old and done less than 7000 miles Macan s which is saying need oil service either 24 days or 5700 miles, as anyone else had this Oil service problem way before the car should need servicing 20k / 2 years,
Porsche UK can't give me an answer why the oil is ok to do another 5700 miles, but needs to be done in 24 days, Crazy. it happen to our last Macan after 20 months so serviced early. anyone with info would help. Ian
