Odd Insurance Info

ORIGINAL: Diver944

Mine says S2 Cabriolet. I've spent the past 14 years trying to get that damned roof down :ROFLMAO:

The DVLA records in the 80's were not particularly accurate

I think that a friend of mines is registered as a Cabriolet too.

Well they came back to me today to say that they need no further info, case closed. I've emailed back saying 'So my Porsche 944 Turbo is fully insured then?'

Just want to be 100% clear - if they say yes then happy days!! [:D]

An email is useless, you need a letter. If they refuse then write to the chief executive explaining the situation and the way it has been dealth with, and requesting written conformation - thatll move things on!

Well they replied again today on email that I am fully covered and have been since I took out the insurance with them - no further action so I'm well chuffed! [:D]

I'm happy with email too, it's on their headers and e-mail is submissable in court so no worries there [;)]
