The cycling valve is redundant in this case.
Edit - Typed at the same time as you! Also there is a pipe you need to block off, promax should be able to e-mail you instructions to do this. It's very straightforward!

The cycling valve on the standard car is an elctrically controlled switching manifold which switches when max boost is detected to allow airflow to the wastegate and open the thing, the manual boost controller now takes care of this, set the boost controller conservatively and slowly open it up to allow the wastegate to open when desired boost levels are reached.
Speak to Promax if unsure they are very helpfull.
