It's only worth what someone will pay for it, and being vehicle specific to a model that is declining in value there is a limit to how much someone will be willing to pay. Also unfortunately there wasn't a 944S cab model which takes the shine off it slightly, plus it's a full 7 character plate which again hits the value.
It's not even something that eBay is good at finding a value for as you need at least 2 people to want something before that can happen, and personalyl I was always wary of "buying" registrations on eBay as lots of vendors dodn't look to understand the process and it would be very easy to get ripped off as a buyer either through being landed with the transfer fee, or through a vendor using the DVLA as an excuse to drag their feet until after the deadline for a dispute has passed.
Bottom line is it won't make you rich, but if you find someone who is in love with their cab, with money in their pocket and with nothing else needed for the car then it might get a few hundred notes.
