Just pop 2 petrol station, and on route a noise devoloped that hasn't gone away. I turned a left corner, at slow speed, as the steering returned a light whistle noise came on. Sounds like its coming from the front end.

Everything seems fine. Noise is constant but stop when the car is stationary, or when increased turning pressure 2 the steering wheel, if I turn then hold it comes back but if u keep turning it stops, however it returns on the return off the wheel.

Checked the power steering fuild and its not empty.

Don't get any noise when the wheels are turned and the car not moving, noise stays regardless off engine speed or with the gears engraded.

Haven't got over 30mph 2 see if the noise increase with road speed.

Any ideas?

Iv also been getting a fluttering, air/ whistle maybe metal scraping noise, at 2.8k revs regardless off gear which go away as soon as full boost is made, and as the car warms up so I was thinking this is most likely waste gate fluter? Or a sticking waste gate?
