Morning gents

My 2.7 lux will not start, ive shorted out the DME relay, checked the fuel pump flow, changed the coil and checked the spark.
The rev counter needle bounces slightly when turning over but thats it, does this mean the crank sensor is working ok?
Any advice on what to check next please.

So you have spark and fuel? Are you actually getting fuel in the cylinders? Do you have access to a compression tester, pretty cheap to buy and worth having. Worth pulling the vacuum line off the fuel pressure regulator at the back of the fuel rail and checking no fuel is there.
