We have quite a big agenda to get through - lots of fun things to do in the coming months - so will try and get the meeting off to a prompt start at 8 to leave plenty of time for James' quiz

many thanks for a great evening especially to James & his good Lady (sorry i've forgotten her name[:-]) for taking the time to think up all those questions for the quiz we thoroughly enjoyed it.
although i suspect the winning team may have had a ringer or 2 in it [:-]

Yes, a great evening, thanks too all and especially Margaret who felt it inappropriate to enter but kept a very close watch on our scoring. The only ringer was Dorothy who reports that she had a very pleasant bath with Stig whilst I enjoyed my cocoa in the Panamera mug. His name, new or old? That would be telling!

[] sorry the ringer comment was aimed at the three stiggs.
well done for winning there were some tough questions there. we lost some points by not understanding some of the cookery questions. when he said THE main ingrediant we only made a note of one.. but, in all honesty we proberly still wouldn't have won anyway.
we'll know next time to make a note of all ingrediants.

We didn't understand the cookery questions either ...............but then again we didn't understand the artist questions ...........or the poet questions ................or even the Porsche questions !!!!!!!!![]
