tyres came with the car, and i've had it for less than a week.
i'm going to put some fuel cleaner through it in a bit out of intrest, are the head bolts strech bolts?ORIGINAL: DivineE Just one note on the power thing to be helpful. If your a handy mechanic take the head off and clean up the backs of the valves. You will be amazed how much crap has built up on the back of them after all these years.

after ready the whole post must apologie about the heater thought you meant to the heater was just blowing full hot air not that the heater speed was stuck on full so ignore my comment, that was concerning when they won't blow cold air [

Mine did that recently - inside edge of both front tyres shot to bits ie no rubber never mind tread!!!! I had a lot of play in one damper body and discovered diffirent struts on each side one large diameter spring one small, (mines an S2) £1200 later its all as new Inserts for 2.5 and 2.7 cars can be had for £120 each The rest (turbo or S2) seem to require full struts cheapest I could find (Sachs) £259 + vat each Spriings from Porsche £139 + vatORIGINAL: dave364634 15 - my steering wheel vibrates above 60mph, is this likly to be wheel balanceing, or a steering colume bush? ta.![]()
