New Owner Questions (Part 3)

Hi Everyone

Just a couple more....

1) Does the RS come with a rev limiter as standard and if so what is it set at? Dont fancy doing some of my own testing....
2) How many miles approx from when the petrol reserve light comes on. Again dont fancy doing any testing.

Please share any realtime experiences on either question!

1. yes, dunno the real limit tho ( manual says max rpm 6700)
2 never had the low fuel light on ( manual says 10 litres reserve)
Not a good idea to run an old ( 10 years of possible internal surface corrosion) fuel tank down low, you shouldn' t need to worry on the IOM though as most trips are short ! HTH

Rev limiter will hit at about 7000RPM........fuel.....light comes on fill up.........don' t miss that gear shift..........
