Hi

Its on the Porsche GB Web Site build your own & I have done a nice Diesel vision at just over £50,000.

Yours sincerely Kevin.

Ps What I don't understand the S model is the same price as the Diesel.[:)]

Seems to tick all the boxes for someone wanting to stay with the brand but wants 4/5 seats & 5 doors & just 1 car.Strange the way the Porsche engine with lower outputs gives better performance!

Been through the specs and some interesting stuff - but have a few more questions!

Anybody know if any of the engines is Porsche designed and built, or is like the early diesel release and everybodys queuing up for 3ltr Audi engine blocks?
Floating rear callipers - so presumeably single piston and more from the Audi parts bin.
Now there is reference tucked away somewhere to 'electro-mechanical' steering which brings with it LCA (lane change assist) which amongst other things stops the car wandering across lanes. Now I'm sure this is wonderful technology but are Porsche really catering for people who can't steer, if this is what it takes to create a 'sporty compact SUV' I think I'll stick with my not so sporty Cayenne Turbo!
