Hi everyone,

Just a quick note, having spoke to Sharron at Nottingham this morning, she tells me the new 997 Carrera 4S will be in the showroom this weekend 22nd / 23rd for people to have a look at [:D]
The Cayman launch is Tuesday 22nd November !

you know me so well []

Hi Andrew -

Thinking of a change ?

I presume your 2005 997 C2S must be getting a little 'grubby' by now !

Happy motoring - Randolph Coward

Hi Randolph,

Just clocked 3250 miles now [:D] due for a change [&:]
I called round today just to give the car a run and pick up the new selections book, and to be very objective the C4S is not that much different from the C2S.
Where the 996 C4S did look very distinctive, so I will not be making any changes[;)]
I did manage to listen to the sports exhaust for the 997 - now that's another story ! Just plucking the courage up to ask the price .........!!!

Been there done that!

Went out with the 'other' club yesterday to a secret location in Cheshire where there were various 996/ 997/Aston DB9/ Ferrari/ Bentley etc. for sale

We all got to drive a 997 4S with a chip upgrade (it really needed that!) and an aftermarket exhaust to die for. Hell of a car but £80k+? Don't know. All said not the sort of test drive an OPC would offer
