Youtube description blarr :

By far the best and cheapest mod that can be done to a 911 996 or 997 in my opinion. I had the guys at Hayward and Scott in Essex complete the mod for me after removing the exhaust myself. Removal was easy enough but get ready for some rust in your eyes lol and more importantly be prepared for studs to snap and bolts be rusted on because of the heat back there and exposure to water. I had to purchase a new clamps from my OPC which was only £25 ish and i was able to re-use on of the originals. Ian at Hayward and Scott was mega helpful and welded new studs on the brackets that hold the exhausts to the car for a very small extra charge. Now for the results, NO complaints what so ever, the car sounds great when driven possitively and is a quiet as is need to creep in and out of the garage without waking the neighbours. It is MOT friendly as none of the gases avoid the cat.

I had the same job done on mine! I am still over the moon with it . The photos on there site are actually of my one as before they only had Boxster shots. If I had PSE it would always be on so to me this is just as good and a fraction of the £1500 PSE cost . Nice Vid

Sounds very nice! I've never been sure whether to bite the bullet and have a modification done to mine as I didn't want it too loud, but your's does sound nice. Hows it inside the cabin? No booming?

No booming or droon at all buddy.

You still need to put your foot down to get anything classed as "loud noise".

No regrets about it at all, i was able to get the mod done cheaper as i took the exhausts off myself. Ian at Hayward and Scott restudded and gave new bolts as the bits on my brackets had rusted.
The brackets from porsche would have cost £220+ where as i got the fixed for about £20.
