ORIGINAL: Monkeythree These cost 18p from your local OPC. [link]http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Porsche-944-Boot-Release-Motor-linkage-clip-nut-/161579933686?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&fits=Model%3A944%7CCars+Type%3A3.0+S2&hash=item259eea1ff6[/link]
This is interesting as part # 944 631 912 00 which are the plastic clips that mount the headlight to the leveling motor and retaining frame (M605 option IIRC) cost about C$4.00 each here in western canada. Mind you the M605 option was never offered in north america so I had to go to OPC and they had to order - given that it took 2 weeks to show up I'm guessing they had to come from Germany with all the associated costs built in to the price. I could find NO source for these clips in north america. Also - replacement window regulator rollers (Porsche does not supply separate from the regulator for 944s) come as a kit (3) from US$20 to US$30 depending on where you buy them. If you were buying similar rollers for a sliding door they would probably cost $2 each. And then - eccentric bolts/nuts for stut to hub (the camber adjusting ones) ran me $C23 each from OPC but was cheaper than online sources from the US after shipping and duty were factored in. I guess the sage advice here is to thoroughly search out your options and include the OPC as sometimes you get a pleasant surprise.

I've bought a couple of used items from this seller (a good wing to use the wing bottom and some tailgate struts) - and found his prices pretty good, but they were both auctions. But yes, I bought a couple of those clips last year for 18p each, lol!!
