Magnesiums what are they worth?

Stick them on ebay with good photos and you might get lucky!

I'll give you ten bob and a pony?

Mais oui vous etes les collectres des magneeeesiums n'est pas ..... le jockey avec le deep pockey et short arms[:D]

@Des, did you find out what they were worth?

I've got an odd set of 3 mags (2 fronts and 1 rear) in the garage I'm looking to off load. I'm just not sure if i should split the set or sell as a job lot, and also what i should ask for them? The condition seems good all lettering is clearly visible but like the mags from Des they have had a below par paint job in what looks like battleship Grey[:D]

I may consider buying 1 rear mag to complete the set, if anyone has a spare.

If you want to know the top (moon) price, you´ll have to ask T. Schmitz, the well known dealer with the fantasy prices. He´s offering two sets at the moment.

Sold mine think (too cheap) but faced with a full refurb and maintenance for the next twenty years did not appeal, rather bank the money.

Well im still non the wiser to what price i should market the mags at, ive had a couple of chancer's contact me with offers but nothing to help me price them. I think im going to have to suck it and see.

As with anything value is heavily influenced by condition. As I guide I would say £2,500 gets you a straight set of Mags which are in need of refurb, whereas £3,500 should secure an absolutely mint set.

If you have 3 to sell - bare in mind that the rears usually command higher values than fronts
