Lux toast rack rear valence help please

My 944 Lux came fitted with a toast rack rear valence-it's a proper BBS one, not a copy. Trouble is I dont think it was fitted right as neither back corner is fixed to the bumper above and because of this, the ends have drooped leaving unsightly gaps at the corners and the whole bottom edge is wavy and distorted as a result!

I plan to remove it and remount it properly, but it would be useful to know just where the fixings should be and what fixings I should use -is it just screws into the rear bumper?

Thanks for your advice.
 
I had a series one car with an original ABS rear spoiler. It was fixed with either rivets or screws, along with Sikaflex.
