Lower Control Arm replacement - Having a go on my own.

Does anyone have the torque settings for " E " in the diagram? I have a creaking ball joint on the control arm and I am going to attempt to replace it myself.

The car is due for its annual service in February so I will get work done close to the service and the alignment checked then. But in the meantime if anyone has the settings I would be grateful if they could share them with me.

Do you know if I paid too much or did I get a bargin? the arm cost me £80.00
