LHD boxster

sHi, I am currently looking to purchase an early LHD version as i have a budget of about £16,000. THe other choice is a LHD TT roadster.

Would i easily be able to sell the porsche as all the TT' s i enquiry about have sold pretty much straight away! I need something that i can get rid of quickly due to impending first step on the property ladder!

Also any tips on buying? as i am absolutely clueless what to look out for.

Cheers!

Hi Matt

My Boxster is a LHD 1997 model that I hope will be fairly easy to sell. When I was buying it, the Boxsters were being snapped up well before I could get around to view, so that bodes well. I' ve sold all my earlier LHD cars quite easily, and my previous car was a LHD TT coupe which also sold quickly, so I reckon the TT and the Boxster are on a par with each other. If the car is a good one and you price it right, you should be able to move it on with little delay.

When you' re buying the same rules apply for LHD and RHD cars - get it checked out by a specialist, full service history, .........

In terms of which car I' d go for - The Boxster wins hands down - for this sort of money it is an absolute bargin!! Nuff said....

Cheers

Boxster it is then! Thanks for your help, probably wont be able to get it checked out by a specialist but the one iam looking is a 1997 P in black 58K FPSH, new tyres cd leccy seats etc £16500 hopefully get him down to £16000 does that sound about right?

Sounds about right to me, I paid a similar amount in January for mine.
