Knocking noise

I've just purchased a 9 month old Cayman S from an OPC! I am enjoying the car immensely, however, there are a few issues! Can any one shed any light on these?
As well as still waiting for keyfobs, Disc for Sat Nav and roof rack nearly 2 weeks after getting my car ( more than a bit frustrating!) I noticed a knocking noise when parking the other day! When the car was on full lock there was a noise and clunk some where under the floor! Has anyone else noticed this bang!
Your help would be appreciated before i get on the phone!
