Knockhill Trip

Simply wanted to thank Ged from JCT600 for his organisation of the superb trip to Knockhill for the Carrera Cup / BTCC racing yesterday.

The whole day was excellent - from the 6:00 a.m. (!) start until our arrival back in Newcastle at around 8:30.

Having been involved in organising events like this in the past, I know how difficult it is to ensure that everything runs smoothly and yesterday did. - and that comes down to the time and effort that had so clearly been put into it. Not only did the basics run smoothly but so did the quiz that Ged had organised for the journey there. Thanks also to Danielle and Caroline for their encouragements! [;)]

All in all - a splendid day. You shoulda been there!

Yes thats goes for me too, an excellent day and what a great track [:D] organisation was great and from my point of view it was like a day off [;)]

For those of you that went and I didn't get chance to see you we will have a little collection for Ged later in the month and we will get him a bottle of something Scottish and tasty to show our appreciation [:D]

Yes it was an excellent trip, well organised including the weather. Thanks to Ged for all his efforts, and lets hope we can do something similar next year. Knockhill is an excellent viewing track so maybe we go for that again as opposed to Croft or the like.
