Knockhill trackday

So...
who is all going? What are you driving?
weather looks interesting with 48 hr to go, strong winds in morning and 40-45mph howler from midday, def not "taps aff " weather.
Actually considering adjusting rear wing on Gt3 as I've never done a trackday in such a wind.

No def not, I am the Worst driver in the world and a bit of extra rear downforce won't make any difference.

come to think of it, what am I doing owning a Porsche let alone one of the rarest GT models.

thats it, time to sell up .

Surely you'd need to know wind direction in relation to the track in order to determine if the wing adjustment would make things better (or indeed worse!)

Definitely no wing

Just use big fat fingers

look at my success on podium . Xx[attachment=IMG_0194.JPG]

just ur USUAL SHITE nothing changes try notch -10 0n ur rear wing certainly used to make a big diff at Spa ...maybe that's how I was quick

Really great day today.

Huners of Porsches attended.

My guest disgraced himself by hurling on tarmac beside car, better out than in ....

Bit windy but hey ho. Lots and lots of lovely cars, nice to see a mix of road only and track cars at the same venue.

My 18 yr old GT3 performed impeccably on a circuit that is not kind to cars and I did over 100 laps, testimony to Weischach build quality.

Yea great day apart from the very slow start due to people not turning up early for registration and not enough staff to handle it ..waste of over hour of expensive track time !!!! think that the best outing with CUP car ive had recently .. don't know why .. everything was perfect but unfortunately think that will be my last outing with it .. feel im getting too old for it .. trailering etc myself felt knacked by time I got home and unloaded .. 14 hrs .. long day . So if anyone looking for a perfect 2009 CUP car with new engine and gearbox that needs nothing done to it .. give m a call on 07720447901 or drop me an email gordoncampbell911@hotmail.com also thinking of selling my 996gt3RS white /blue (extremely rare) cheers Gordon
