January Porsche Night at the Ace....

Monday is the 28th January which makes it the last Monday of the month. As such, it is also Porsche Night at the Ace Cafe. The Met Office reckons the current ice-age will end at the weekend with the possibility of temperatures hitting double (and positive) figures.

So anyone going to drag their 944s out? I probably will as I need to take it somewhere on Tuesday and if it has to come out and get dirty then I might as well get some fun out of the thing [:D]

We as London RO's will be there so you wont be alone!

We can make like a 944 if it helps!!!

Maybe we should hold a most salty car competition with prizes for the best (salty) and worst (clean) car!! [:D]

I'll try and get there on time this time around... perhaps a less circuitous route [;)]

Well, as I am travelling back from a funeral in Belgium via Paris in the 924S, (on winter tyres, obviously) I might pop over for a bite and a coffee. I'll land in Dover around 19:00hr so should be in London around 20:30hrish.

Its been milling away 14000 miles during the winter season and is pretty much the most reliable and enjoyable daily driver I had in a long while.

I'll attempt to fill the boot with some vino rather than 25 Litres of screenwash.

See you laters,

Bert

That Champagne house in Epernay does excellent red and black cross champagne and amazingly does not ever have a grape on their premises it all come in as a pressed liquid from the growers, I hope you enjoy the Champagne, (from a jealous club member)

Looks like we might even see some sun on Monday to go with the "summery" temperatures [;)] So come on... get those 944s out of hiding and around to the Ace!
