Induction Filter/Cone Systems ....

OK any comments on the above ... I have been told not good to have a drilled airbox ... maybe a cone system ... maybe a K n N Filter oiled or not .... keep standard air filter

What is the best system for the Mass Air unit induction ...cone, box, drilled, not drilled?
 
Adrian Palmer did some work on this (so you know where the info is!) recommending drilling the air box - or just cut the top off like the cup cars.

Personally the dirlled air box has worked well for 10 years!
Also number of holes changes the sound!
 
Gone back to standard filter .... car has been set up with the standard filter, mapping etc will road test soon ....
