Improved seat comfort

I have a 1989 Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera Targa Sports that has the original seating, featuring very firm (and hard) bolsters that were intended to keep you in your seat - when you took a corner at 100 plus mph.

The seats are very hard and my rear covers not only the central part of the seat but the two bolsters - making it a very hard and painful ride.

Ideally I am looking for a seat that is completely flat - like my old 1977 MBZ 350SL.

Any thoughts or suggestions other than looking 3 stone in weight.
