I just dont get some people...

If they put half the effort into gainful employment that they put into being scrotes then they could afford their own.

Gutted for you!

Bring back National Service!

+1 on that

if we had still had this throughout, the country would have been a better place! Couple that along with less immigrants there would be more jobs, more respect and then the majority of the lowlife that exists today would have jobs and money to buy there own decent cars!

Mind you we would need a system that does not pay benefit and handouts to the degree that most of the lowlife scum are better off pumping out kids and not working!

Rant over!

Really sorry to see that Edd. You have a particularly lovely car [:(]. What sh1thouses these plebs are? They certainly need a severe beating []. To my mind i bet they did it NOT because of the Porsche badge but, because they know you're Old Bill. W@nkers!!

I did think about that, although there isn't really anyone in the road that knows, a Doctor opposite, the lady below, its not like I leave a marked car outside or even ever come home in uniform. If it was due to me being a copper I suspect that the damage would have been a fair bit more severe and expensive. Seeing it happened on a Friday night I'm thinking it was a drunken teen who thought he would show how he dislikes someone having something he doesn't. I suppose he cant really help being a retard, he was probably born that way...

Ouch Edd, sorry to see that. It's particularly unfortunate given the money you have spent on the paintwork.

I'm impressed at the very measured way you seem to be dealing with it. Well done. I guess the odds of identifying (let alone catching) the person who did it are minimal, hence there is nothing to be gained by getting hot under the collar.

Oli.

That's a terrible thing to discover being done to your pride and joy. Gutted for you Edd, it's just impossible to comprehend the thought processes of such low life's - assuming they have any thought processes at all that is !

Gutted for you Edd.. I'm a firm believer in "what goes around comes around" so karma will catch up with him at some point. Doesn't help you at the moment though..

Noticed more scratches yesterday on rear quarter panel, not sure if it was done at same time as the door or since, didnt notice it before. Went to Daytona today, Dave is going to do me a couple of quotes, door needs to be stripped, door handle off, etc which takes time and therefore ££. Trims and seals will also be removed, some will need replacing too. Its going to add up to a few hundred to sort. I've started parking the car elsewhere too as I just don't want (or can afford) any more marks....
