Hydraulic Clutch pipe change

Hello everyone, I wonder if you could help me please....
It was a lovely day today so I thought I would change my rusty old hydraulic clutch pipe for a new one before the joints gave up on me.
I thought it would be a case of unscrewing from the slave cylinder and then uncoupling the other end, attach the new one and then bleed the clutch.
The pipe connection with the slave cylinder looks OK but I have not got a clue how to disconnect the other end.
There seems to be a very small plastic clip where the pipes join, does anyone know how to remove the plastic clip so that I can disconnect the pipes.?
Many thanks.
Alistair
