I think its usually 9 am for the public but in my experience they don't care.

In fact if your not in at the start most 'bargains' have been bought by dealers and are up on their own stands for twice the price.

Not to say you can't get good deals but I don't think you get many steals unless your there at the start, 6?

Im planning to be there for 8, last year it was quite busy at that time with deals going on way before official opening.
