How you make a 924 Turbo sound better?

PCGB Member
I have never looked under the car but is there any pipe replacement or other way to make the car sound more, well, sporty?
Depends where you want the sound to some from which is going to be induction noise, turbo noise or exhaust noise.

A performance exhaust system will give you more noise and potentially a small performance gain. Opening up the intake will increase induction noise and a little of turbo flutter but unlikely any performance gains (potentially reduce performance if sucking in warm air). If there's a custom exhaust place near you it might worth having a chat with them about what want or off the shelf systems available online.
There is a clip of a Carrera GTS which sounds amazing. I was trying to achieve that. Not sure where I saw it.
There is nothing wrong with my exhaust - I believe - so may wait until it actually needs replacement.

Is there a picture of the underbody of these cars? I don't even know the manifold to end-box setup.
