How often do you spot another 944 ?

As for fixed-head cars, most of those I see are on visits to people I know, visits to places they are regularly worked upon, and pre-arranged meetings. For random sightings of cars I don;t know, out in the wild, I see perhaps one a month on average.
See the occasional car up here floating about my area that I don't know who they belong to.

One was a red one driven down from Scotland, not the one you have at the moment Alistair?

I got my car in early feb and have seen one other 944 since then, was in Knutsford near the Bentley garage, just never see any now.
Can't remember seeing a cab in years and have never seen a Turbo cab, where are they all ?
My turbo cab is in a garage waiting for me to fit the belts/rollers/water pump but with a 10 day old and a 5 year old I haven't managed to squeeze fitting them in. The old belts have only done about 3,000 miles but are 5 years old so I decided not to risk them any longer!
Working in Cyprus this week so at least another week to wait, hope I haven't missed the best of this years weather!
My house is about 5 mins walk from Jon Mitchell's garage so I do see quite a few 944s about!
Tony
(oh and according to how many left I think there are only about 35 on the road - mine is sorned until the belts are done)
Tonys was the other one at that meet.
Congratulations Tony hope every one is doing well[

Thanks Mike, yes all good, wasn't me at Porscheshop though, never been!
Must admit I couldn't remember you there, but it was a titanium turbo cab!
Quite a rare site nowadays.

Otherwise I normally see a 944 on the road once or twice a month. Even rarer are the 924 and 928.

In discussion with him we decided that we don't see enough 944's or 968's around, and everyone needs to drive their cars more ...
In answer to your question - rarely.
You summed it up perfectly Oli[
Of course here I NEVER see another ! Well I did see an S2 in Athlone last year ! The government here have made certain sure that none are used as daily drivers ! I do see an odd 924 about
