Hotel Room Booking/Price For 5th December

Seem to remember that Pearl said the discounted PCGB rate for a room at the Holiday Inn Wrotham (called Holiday Inn Maidstone/Sevenoaks!) for the night of our Xmas do was £78 - Don't know if this included breakfast and/or was "flexible" in terms of cancellation.
Found rooms on two websites today - booking.com and activehotels.com - for the night of 5th December for £70 including full English breakfast, all taxes etc - and "flexible" in that reservation can be cancelled up to 3rd December without charge! No booking charge, and the hotel does not charge your credit card until you are there (on booking.com).
Be quick though - Booking.com only had 4 doubles, 1 twin and 1 family room left at this price!
What really made me laugh was the rate on the hotel's own website - well over £110 for the same thing!!
