HELP!! Smoke Coming From Manifold

Hi folks I have just re-fiited my engine after a semi rebuild and clean. I have fitted new Victor Reinz gaskets.
The car luckily started first turn of the key, but after 30 seconds or so smoke started coming from what looks like the manifold near the oil filter at the front. but can't be sure as theres's other pipes in the way.
I don't dare keep it running in case the problem is with the coolant system.
Any ideas would be extremely grateful.
Also I can't remember where one of my vacuum hoses goes to, its the one that comes out of the front of the throttle valve where the air cleaner hose goes on???

are you sure its not dirt grease just burning off the manifold as this is normal after dirty paws been all over it

Agree You would be amazed at how cars smoke after a rebuild however 30 secs is a short time and it depends upon how much smoke. Is the manifold nutted up properly.
