At the third attempt I finally fixed my headlights from the notorious leaking. having tried to seal them around the perimeter externally first, to adding butyl sealing tape, then some small fans to vent the headlight. nothing worked.
This time I bit the bullet and fitted new lenses and blacked out my headlights at the same time. They're finally fixed! Cost was less than £80.
