Headlight adjustment for France

Hi everyone - We’re heading out to France soon in our 2024 Taycan 4S. Do we need to adjust our headlights for France? I looked in the online user guide in the app and it suggested there was a setting however that setting doesn’t appear on our menu. Is it automatic or am I missing something? (Our older Cayenne has a very clear setting to change the lights over)
