Headlamp Washers?

Because the race cars were more likely to touch paint and maybe worse!....so it made sense to fit regular C2 wings as they were cheaper to manufacture......normally they are US export spec,,,with headlamp wash but without the hole for the side indicator/repeater as more of these were produced than for other markets leading to the cheapest cost of production.
Didn't know that! Was it anything to do with the need for headlamp washers for endurance racing?

Fairly sure you can not get these wings now, infact i tried to get some about 6 years ago and all were used up.
My rsr is a late 97/98 car
65 mat did you get your photos from tim.i can send you some if you want
Paul, I appreciate you are the oracle on these cars, but isn't cost and availability a factor?
At the time, Porsche could easily have built more RS/GT2 wings to accommodate race car production, clearly there was no added value in this.
Always keen to learn more about these fantastic cars...cheers [

Nothing to do with racing, they had a limted run of wings with no washer holes in 94/95 specific to the rs and GT2.
