hatch lock blowing no 1 fuse --sorted.

Finally got the problem fixed today now it is dry.It appears that the power supply to the motor when the microswitch is activated by the key was shorting at the wiring underneath the drive part of the motor.It didn't happen when in car switch used ( so must have different power feed to it.).You could see it in the dark shorting away.What had happened was the loom underneath the motor was trapped and was pushing on the open wiring/soldered connections on the motor and caused a short.

Thanks to all who helped me with this problem.

Blimey, I would never have guessed that. That's a _deeply_ obscure problem. Well done for getting it sorted.
