Hardtop fittings

Did this last night in about an hour and a half (I' d be a _lot_ quicker next time... :) but at the end one of them (the RHS) was still very slightly loose (it rattled a little, maybe 0.5 mm of play). The other is solid. What are the fittings of people with a hardtop like?
 
I' ve had my hard top for my boxster for 3 years(same as the car)and in that time i' ve lost track of the number of times it' s been on and off the car,i can honestly say it has never rattled.
infact i like the car better with the hard top on as it' s much quieter.

by the way, i' ve got a 2,7 which has improved insulation in the soft top,
