Hands free phone kits

My new Cayman S is now in the country and should be delivered later this month. [:D] I haven't ordered PCM but I want to have a hands free phone. Dick Lovett at Swindon say they can have a Bluetooth kit fitted (by a contractor) "" has anyone had one of these fitted? Is it user friendly, does it work OK or is there a better alternative? What about a sat-nav with Bluetooth built in? Do they work OK?
I don't want one of those earpiece things "" any suggestions?
